Ashley Young Awarded Academic Achievement from West Virginia Wesleyan College

Ashley Young of Hurricane was the recipient of the Excellence in Writing in Communication and the Academic and Leadership Award from West Virginia Wesleyan College during its annual Academic and Leadership Banquet and Convocation on Saturday, April 26.

Founded in 1890, West Virginia Wesleyan College is a private residential college located in Buckhannon, WV. The College offers 46 majors and 34 minors, as well as five graduate programs in athletic training, business, education, English writing, and nursing. Thirteen Wesleyan students have been selected as U.S. Department of State Fulbright Scholars.
